Any information collected through this website is via the order forms. Clients will also often provide us with information, or make orders through direct email to us. All data collected via order forms or email is accessible to exams4U personal only. We ensure we only request information that is pertinent in enabling us to process orders as accurately and efficiently as possible. The data is saved on a database, along with hardcopies kept in a filing system. All historical data is for the purpose of maintaining accurate records to assist with any queries we receive on past orders, and for exams4U business reporting purposes.
Information received from a particular client/school will never be disclosed to another party outside of exams4u personal. All information received is treated in accordance with the privacy act 2020.
